Galvanised steel pipes are inspected for size tolerance (±0.2 mm) and zinc coating thickness (≥275 g/m²) to ensure compliance with ASTM/EN standards.
Pipes are cut into standard or custom lengths (e.g., 2100 mm, 2400 mm) with accuracy within ±1 mm to ensure consistent assembly on site.
Automated machinery shapes picket tops into uniform spear profiles through controlled cutting processes. Producing smooth, burr-free edges for safe and firm welding.
