FENCE DEPOT has many years of experience in the production of metal fence panels, producing various ornamental fencing that meets Australian, American, and European standards.
Galvanised steel pipes and wires are inspected for size tolerance (±0.2 mm) and zinc coating thickness (≥275 g/m²) to ensure compliance with ASTM/EN standards.
Pipes are cut into standard or custom sizes to ensure consistent assembly on site.
Both pipe ends are flattened using hydraulic presses (up to 80 tons), producing smooth, burr-free edges for safe and firm welding.
Pre-punch holes in the pipe. This step is to facilitate subsequent installation and welding.
Confirm the final drawing according to customer requirements. Place the panel on the device and cut it with a laser.
Wires are straightened and welded into panels by automated welding machines. Welding points are regularly tested for strength (typically ≥500 N).
Mesh panels are joined with uprights and crossbars. Continuous, uniform welding maintains straightness and ensures long service life.
The surface is brushed or sprayed with zinc-rich epoxy primer (dry film thickness ~40–60 µm) for enhanced rust protection in outdoor environments.
Each batch undergoes dimensional checks, weld inspections, and corrosion tests (e.g., salt spray ≥500 hours). Only approved products are packed and shipped.
