Galvanised steel pipes and wires are inspected for size tolerance (±0.2 mm) and zinc coating thickness (≥275 g/m²) to ensure compliance with ASTM/EN standards.
Galvanised Pipes are cut into standard or custom sizes to ensure consistent assembly on site.
The steel plate is fed into a high-speed punch press, and the pressure of the die is used to punch the steel plate into a preset spear top shape.
