Material matching: First, select the appropriate PVC material, and add stabilizers, plasticizers, fillers, colorants, etc. as needed. mixing additives in a specific ratio to ensure that the performance of the final product meets the requirements.

Sheet extrusion: Fed the mixed material into the extruder, where it is melted and extruded into sheets by high temperature and pressure. The temperature, pressure, and speed need to be controlled during the extrusion process to ensure the uniformity and quality of the sheet.

Slitting: Slitting the cooled sheet according to the product specifications, that is, cutting the large sheet into the required width. Control the cutting width and edge flatness precisely during the slitting process to ensure the smooth progress of subsequent processing.

Reeling and packaging: The slitting grass stone isolation belt needs to be rolled into a roll and packaged with plastic film for easy transportation and use.
