Looking for a vertical blade fence solution that’s both stylish and secure? Our Metal Aluminium vertical blade fence (or 45 degree blade fencing) is the perfect choice for defining boundaries and adding a touch of modern elegance to your property. Whether you’re securing your backyard, creating a stylish garden border, or defining the perimeter of your premises, these fence blades offer a winning combination of aesthetics and functionality.
The blade fence panel features vertically arranged aluminium alloy slats, or blades, mounted onto a sturdy horizontal or vertical support structure. This creates a continuous or intermittent barrier that’s not only visually appealing but also provides excellent security.
Manufactured from high-quality aluminium, our blade fencing is designed to withstand the Australian climate. With a standard slat spacing of 50 mm, and standard top and bottom rail dimensions of 40 x 40 x 2.4 mm, our fencing effectively deters climbing.
Choose from a traditional 90-degree vertical blade arrangement or opt for a 45-degree angle for increased privacy. A hot-dip galvanised finish provides double protection against rust and corrosion, ensuring your fence looks great for years to come. Powder coating options are also available in a wide range of colours to perfectly complement your property.
Similar to our aluminium slat fencing, we offer popular vertical blade fencing sizes like 900mm x 2200mm, 1000mm x 1700mm, and 1200mm x 2200mm, ideal for residential applications. But if you’re after something a bit different, we also offer full customisation options. Need a specific height, width, or colour? No worries, as a professional aluminium fencing manufacturer, we can tailor the vertical blade fence to your exact requirements.

Aluminium alloy is naturally rust-resistant and anti-oxidative, and can easily cope with various adverse weather conditions.
Sturdy structure, not easy to deform. More durable, ensuring the long-term and stable use of the fence, far exceeding traditional materials.
Compared with heavy materials such as steel, aluminium alloy significantly reduces the weight of the product, reducing labor and time costs.
Daily maintenance only requires simple cleaning, which significantly saves energy and the cost of later maintenance.
The vertical blade fences or 45 degree blade fencing show a strong sense of modernity and design, which can quickly enhance the property’s appearance.
Vertical Blade Fence is free from insects and ants, and will not rot, twist, or crack due to moisture or dryness, and has stable performance.
The material is easy to process and assemble, and can be easily customized to adapt to various complex environments.
Incoming aluminium alloy billets (typically 6063-T5 or 6061-T6 grade, conforming to AS/NZS 1866:1997) undergo rigorous inspection. We meticulously check the outer diameter (OD) and wall thickness of each billet against the precise specifications outlined in the approved fence drawings.
Aluminium billets are heated to a controlled temperature (typically 480-520°C) and forced through a precision-engineered die in our extrusion press. This process creates the precise profile shape required for the fence blades and rails, maintaining consistent quality and dimensional accuracy.
Extruded profiles are unloaded and precisely cut to the required lengths according to the design specifications. Cutting tolerances are maintained within ±0.5mm to ensure accurate panel dimensions. This step ensures accurate panel dimensions and prepares the components for welding and assembly.
Pipes are expertly welded together to form the panel frame using MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding techniques. Welding parameters (voltage, amperage, wire feed speed) are carefully controlled to ensure strong, consistent welds.
Welding slag and imperfections are meticulously removed from the welded frame using mechanical abrasion and chemical cleaning. Surface roughness is measured to ensure optimal adhesion of the powder coating.
The powder coating thickness is rigorously controlled to a minimum of ≥80μm (micrometres) and typically conforms to AS 4506-2010 (Metal finishing – Thermoset powder coatings). This process provides exceptional rust and corrosion resistance, protecting the fence from the harsh Australian environment and ensuring long-term durability.
Each powder-coated vertical slat fence blade and panel undergoes a thorough quality inspection. This includes visual inspection for defects, adhesion testing (e.g., cross-cut test), and impact resistance testing. Dimensional accuracy is also re-checked.
Finished fence panels are carefully packaged using protective materials to prevent damage during transportation. Packaging materials are chosen to withstand the rigours of sea transport and minimise the risk of scratching or denting.
We utilise reputable and reliable sea freight carriers to provide convenient, fast, and stable transportation services. This ensures timely and cost-effective delivery of our 45 degree blade fencing to our customers across Australia.
