Material

Galvanised pipes and galvanised steel wire are inspected to ensure they meet production standards, including thickness, diameter, and uniformity of the galvanised coating.

Cutting

Determine the length and quantity of each component according to the design drawings. Use a cutting machine to cut the galvanised pipe to the required length, ensuring a smooth cut surface and avoiding burrs.

Round Tube Bending

Determine the location and angle of the pipe to be bent according to the design requirements. Use a pipe-bending machine to bend the galvanised pipe to the desired shape, ensuring accurate bend angles and no cracks.

Arc Cutting

For components requiring arcs, use specialised cutting tools for precise cutting, ensuring a smooth arc that meets design requirements.

Pipe Stamping

Use a stamping machine to stamp the pipe into the desired shape for subsequent assembly and connection.
