12ft M-Stay Metal Mesh Farm Gate Production Process

Material

Select high-quality galvanized pipes and galvanized steel wire as the primary materials to ensure corrosion resistance and strength. Galvanized pipes and galvanized steel wire are inspected to ensure they meet production standards, including thickness, diameter, and uniformity of the galvanized coating.

Cutting

Determine the length and quantity of each component according to the design drawings. Use a cutting machine to cut the galvanized pipe to the required length, ensuring a smooth cut surface and avoiding burrs.

Round Tube Bending

Determine the location and angle of the pipe to be bent according to the design requirements. Use a pipe bending machine to bend the galvanized pipe to the desired shape, ensuring accurate bend angles and no cracks.

Arc Cutting

For components requiring arcs, use specialized cutting tools for precise cutting, ensuring a smooth arc that meets design requirements.

Pipe Stamping

Use a stamping machine to stamp the pipe into the desired shape for subsequent assembly and connection.

Wire Mesh Welding

Cut the galvanized steel wire and weave it into mesh. Use a welding machine to weld the wire mesh together, ensuring a secure and uniform connection.

Panel Welding
