2. The pipes used in the gate frame and vertical stays are hot-dip galvanised both inside and outside, providing superior corrosion resistance.
3. Mesh infill: 200mm horizontal × 100mm vertical aperture hot-dip galvanised wire mesh.
4. Both primer and surface bright zinc coating cover all welds.
5. Pipes are prepared and positioned on a welded shaping machine (hot-dip galvanised if required) and welded together to form the frame.
6. All products undergo quality inspection after production to ensure they meet Australian and international standards.
