We source high-quality aluminum tubing that conforms to ASTM standards, ensuring that the material’s mechanical properties and chemical composition meet stringent American quality requirements. Then, we carefully inspect the outer diameter and wall thickness of the tubing. The outer diameter must be within a tolerance of ±0.5mm of the dimensions specified in the fence drawings.
The aluminum billets are typically made from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy. The heating temperature is precisely controlled at approximately 450-500°C. This temperature range softens the aluminum billets to a state suitable for extrusion without causing any significant changes to their alloy properties.
Product unloading, cutting the profile according to the design requirements to obtain the required length. Using high-precision cutting machines, we achieve a cutting accuracy of ±1mm.
We use pre-galvanized steel pipes conforming to ASTM A525 standards as the panel frame material. Advanced MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding technology is used to weld the pre-galvanized steel pipes into panel frames. This ensures strong and uniform welds with a penetration depth of at least 2 mm.
The purpose of this operation is to remove welding slag to facilitate the next step.
We use high-quality powder coatings that meet AAMA standards. The paint film thickness of our powder-coated products is at least ≥80μm. This thick coating provides excellent rust and corrosion resistance, allowing the fences to withstand various harsh environments, including high-humidity coastal areas and heavily polluted industrial areas.
