Using state-of-the-art cutting equipment, the pipes are cut with high precision to meet the exact length requirements specified on the drawing. The cutting process is carefully monitored to ensure that the length accuracy is within the allowable tolerance range.
In the spear-forming stage, a specialized process is employed to transform the top of the pipe into the required spear-shaped pressed spears for the sliding gate. Before proceeding to the powder-coating stage, a thorough cleaning process is carried out to remove any surface residues or impurities. This includes dirt, grease, and any loose particles that may have accumulated during the previous manufacturing processes.
The powder-coating process is a high-quality finishing technique that provides excellent protection and aesthetic appeal to the product. The surface of the product is first electrostatically charged, and then epoxy-polyester powder is sprayed onto the surface using specialized powder-coating guns.
