FENCE DEPOT has many years of experience in the production of vinyl fence panels, producing various PVC fences that meet American, Australian, and European standards.
PVC resin is uniformly mixed with various additives according to the formula ratio. A high-efficiency mixer operates at a speed of 300-500 revolutions per minute (RPM) to ensure uniform mixing. This precise mixing process directly affects the quality of the final product, as any uneven distribution can lead to structural defects or inconsistent appearance.
The PVC material is rotated and heated by a screw inside the extruder at a speed of 20-30 RPM, causing it to melt. The molten PVC material is then extruded through a die. After extrusion, the profile immediately enters a water cooling tank for cooling.
When the continuously extruded PVC profile reaches the set length, the automatic cutting machine starts. It precisely cuts the profile into the required fence components, such as posts, rails, and slats. Parts with burrs larger than 0.5 mm or any dimensional cracks will be rejected.
According to detailed engineering drawings, pre-drilling is performed on the parts that need to be connected using milling equipment. The hole diameter is controlled within ±0.2 mm of the required size, and the hole depth tolerance is ±0.3 mm.
All cut and milled PVC fence components are thoroughly cleaned to remove dust, oil, debris, and other impurities. Different cleaning methods may be used depending on the degree of contamination.
All materials required for assembling the PVC fence are prepared, including the cut and milled PVC components, connectors, and other hardware. The components are assembled using specialized assembly tools according to design requirements and assembly drawings.
Each assembled fence is visually inspected for defects such as scratches, color inconsistencies, or misaligned parts. The connection strength of all components is re-checked, and the fence must meet established structural integrity standards.
Qualified PVC fence components are packaged according to customer requirements. Strapping with a tensile strength of at least 5000 Newtons is used to secure the components. Plastic film is used for packaging.
