With standard top and bottom rail dimensions of 40 x 40 x 2.4 mm, the Vertical Blade Fence offers unmatched impact and cut strength. The hot-dip galvanized finish provides double protection, ensuring resistance to UV radiation and extreme weather conditions.  This product is similar to our aluminum slat fencing, and designed for residential decorative and security applications.

Our most common designs are 900 mm x 2200 mm, 1000 mm x 1700 mm, and 1200 mm x 2200 mm. These designs have a blade spacing of 50 mm. The blades are typically set at a 90-degree angle, but can also be set at a 45-degree angle for enhanced privacy.

Ideal for decorative residential, private spaces, and infrastructure, the vertical blade fence has blade spacing of less than 50 mm, effectively preventing climbing. Its modular design allows for quick installation and reduces labor costs compared to traditional welded fencing.

Blade Fence Production Process

• Material Inspection: Check the outer diameter and wall thickness of the pipe, to ensure that meet the requirements of the metal vertical slat fence drawing, thus ensuring quality.
• Pipe Manufacturing: Cut the pipe to meet the length requirements on the drawing.
• Slat Forming: Flatten and straighten the tubing into a slat shape.
• Welding: Pre-galvanized steel pipes are welded into the panel frame using sophisticated welding techniques.
• Grinding and Polishing: The purpose of this operation is to remove welding slag to facilitate the next step.
• Galvanizing: The surface of the vertical slat fence is galvanized to form a dense layer of pits on the surface of the pipe, thereby increasing the adhesion ability of the powder.
• Powder Coating: The surface of the product is sprayed with epoxy-polyester powder and cured at high temperatures. This process makes the product’s paint film thickness at least ≥80μm. This process can make the product more rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, so it can withstand the erosion of various harsh environments.
• Quality Control: We will conduct a quality inspection on each piece of powder coating vertical slat fencing to check the strength, wall thickness, and powder coating thickness to ensure the quality stability of each product.
