The surface is coated with epoxy-polyester powder and then cured at a high temperature (the temperature is controlled at 180-200°C and the curing time is 20-30 minutes). This process gives the product excellent rust prevention and corrosion resistance properties, and the thickness of the powder coating is controlled at 60-80 μm.
