All incoming pipes are sampled piece by piece to check outer diameter and wall thickness. We control the outer diameter tolerance within ±0.2mm and wall thickness deviation within ±5% of the design value to ensure all parameters fully comply with the requirements of the fence construction drawing, and control quality from the source.
After raw material unloading and preparation, profiles are cut by a CNC cutting machine according to design requirements, with cutting length error controlled within ±1mm, to obtain pipe blanks of the required specified size.
Punching is processed on cut pipes with customised positioning jigs. We control aperture tolerance within ±0.1mm and hole position deviation within 0.5mm to meet the accuracy requirements of subsequent assembly.
We assemble and weld the pipe structure into a cohesive unit. Automated welding ensures a uniform weld depth of 1.2-1.5mm, and all welds achieve a 99.8% non-destructive testing pass rate, guaranteeing overall structural stability.
Remove welding slag and spatter to ensure a smooth surface for the following treatments.
Carry out phosphating and water rinsing processes to enhance the adhesion of the powder coating.
Apply epoxy-polyester powder coating through electrostatic spraying, providing excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and adaptability to different environments.
Inspect all finished loop top fencing panels to ensure they meet quality standards before packaging and delivery.
Select appropriate packaging materials based on shipping requirements. Qualified farm gates are packaged using cable ties and pallets to ensure they are not damaged during transportation.
