Select high-quality steel wire that meets strength, toughness, and corrosion resistance requirements, such as galvanised steel wire. Stringent quality inspections are performed on the wire diameter, surface quality, and coating thickness.
The coiled wire is passed through a straightener to remove curl and precisely cut to the desired length.
