The 358 Fence, also known as Security Anti-Climb Fencing, is a uniquely engineered security solution specifically designed for critical perimeter protection in high-risk environments. The name “358” refers to its dimensions of 3″ x 0.5″ x 8″, which translates to approximately 76.2mm x 12.7mm x 4mm (length x height x diameter) in metric units.

The core strength of the 358 fence lies in its robust construction and design. Made from 4mm low-carbon steel wire and featuring 360-degree continuous welding. The 358 Fence can cooperate with our 358 fence gate. These panels provide exceptional tensile strength and outstanding resistance to cutting tools such as bolt cutters, effectively deterring forced entry. The tight mesh pattern makes it virtually impossible to climb, prioritising scientific mechanical principles to enhance security beyond mere aesthetics.

Galvanised Wire

Use galvanised steel wire that meets the standards to ensure that the material is of high quality and meets the design requirements.

Straighten and Cut

Straighten the galvanised steel wire, remove the bends and deformations, and then cut it according to size to prepare for the next step of production.

Wire Mesh Welding

Weld the cut steel wire horizontally and vertically according to the designed grid to form a mesh structure. Ensure that the welds are firm and the mesh is flat.

Panel Welding

  • First of all, 358 mesh fencing uses an automated welding process to build a gapless integrated structure, so it can ensure that the overall mechanical properties meet industrial-grade stability standards.
  • On this basis, the product base material is selected from high-zinc-layer galvanised steel wire (zinc content ≥ 280g/㎡), and an innovative dual anti-corrosion process of hot-dip galvanising combined with electrostatic powder spraying is adopted. The dual-effect synergy increases the service life of the product in harsh outdoor environments, such as coastal areas and high humidity, by more than 3 times compared with conventional products.
  • With dedicated connection components, modular rapid assembly is achieved, and the efficiency of single-person installation is significantly improved. All connection points are mechanically interlocked to eliminate the risk of loosening.
  • More importantly, the dedicated connection component system we developed has achieved three major assembly breakthroughs: the modular prefabricated units increase disassembly and assembly efficiency by 60%; the snap-on structure supports single-person manual installation; and the three-dimensional adjustable design perfectly adapts to complex terrain.
