Production Process

• Material: Check whether the outer diameter and wall thickness of the pipe meet the requirements of the product drawing to fundamentally ensure quality.
• Cutting: Cut the pipe to the length required on the drawing.
• Welding: Weld the pipe structure of the flat top aluminum gate as a whole.
• Chromium-free Passivation: Forms a dense oxide film on the surface of the aluminum product, thereby increasing the adhesion of the powder spraying.
• Powder Coating: Using epoxy-polyester powder and cured at high temperatures. This process can make the product more rust-proof and corrosion-resistant.
• Quality Control: We will conduct a quality inspection on each aluminum gate, including strength, wall thickness, and powder coating thickness, to ensure quality stability. 
• Packaging: We use stretch film + square cardboard + strapping tape to ensure safe transportation.
