Production Process
Material inspection: Check whether the outer diameter and wall thickness of the pipe meet the requirements of the product drawing to fundamentally ensure quality.
Pipe manufacturing: Cut the pipe to the length required on the drawing.
Milling holes: Punching The cut pipe to facilitate the next step of welding and other operations.
Welding: Weld the pipe structure of the aluminum swimming pool fence as a whole.
Surface pre-treatment: Sandblasting or phosphating the surface, forms a dense layer of pits on the surface of the pipe, thus thereby increasing the adhesion of the powder.
Cleaning: Treat surface residues or impurities to ensure the next step of the process.
