An eco-friendly chromium-free passivation process is applied to form a uniform dense oxide film (0.1-0.3μm thick) on the aluminum surface. This increases the adhesion of subsequent powder coating by more than 30% compared with untreated surfaces.
We use high-quality epoxy-polyester hybrid powder for coating, cured at a constant high temperature of 180-200℃ to form a uniform 60-120μm thick coating. The finished product can pass over 1000 hours of neutral salt spray testing, delivering significantly improved rust and corrosion resistance.
