FENCE DEPOT is a premier Garrison fencing manufacturer, specialising in high-quality fencing products for the Australian and American markets. We offer free samples and custom product designs to meet your specific requirements.
Garrison fencing is a premium medium-security fence solution designed for industrial and commercial properties. Constructed from pre-galvanised steel, our Garrison fence utilises high-frequency welding technology to join hot-dip galvanised steel, ensuring exceptional durability.
After manufacturing, the panels undergo treatment before being powder-coated for added protection. The fence features robust pressed spears at the top for additional security.
This advanced manufacturing process effectively addresses the corrosion issues commonly associated with wrought iron fences while providing a more cost-effective alternative to stainless steel options. Through a complex physical and chemical reaction, the alloy layer seamlessly integrates with the pure zinc layer and the steel tube matrix. This integration ensures that the surface of a hot-dip galvanised steel tubular fence can withstand harsh environmental conditions for up to 30 years without requiring additional treatment. Furthermore, we apply an anti-oxidising powder coating to enhance the durability and weather resistance of our finished products, using Electrostatic Coating techniques.
Garrison security fencing features exquisite all-around welding technology, making its frame more solid and stable—a significant advantage. This feature, combined with the previously mentioned benefits, has established it as the top choice for securing industrial, agricultural, commercial, residential, and public facilities.
To accommodate various usage scenarios, we offer a range of sizes to choose from. As a professional Security Fencing manufacturer, we can also customise our products according to customer needs or specific applications.

Of course, as a professional garrison fencing company, we not only have the above colour options, but we can also customize special colors according to other needs.
Unlike a spear top fencing, garrison fencing perth welds the posts to the face of the rails, and the rails are not perforated, making the fencing ornamental, more beautiful, more corrosion-resistant, and more suitable for use in high-humidity environments.

– The product is made from high-strength pre-galvanised mild steel.
– A zinc-rich phosphating pretreatment enhances its anti-corrosion properties and improves powder adhesion for a durable finish.
– An epoxy-polyester powder primer protects all welds and cut edges against rust and corrosion.
– Akzo Nobel polyester powder coatings offer excellent weather and scratch resistance, are self-cleaning, and are easily refreshed with rain or water. Available in various colors, these coatings provide both functional and aesthetic versatility.
Constructed from heavy-duty, robust pre-galvanised steel tubes strongly pressed, while we punch or face-weld them to ensure strength and durability.
We fully galvanise all steel components, both inside and outside, to guarantee long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance required.
Powder-coated garrison fencing has a stylish and modern design, so it can bring aesthetics to factories, schools, etc.
The security garrison fencing finds practical use in various settings, such as residential, commercial, and industrial environments. It comes in different heights and widths, allowing for suitability across diverse property types and terrains.
The security fence, crafted from galvanised steel, presents a cost-effective alternative when compared to other fencing options.
With its user-friendly design, the garrison security fence panels can be easily and efficiently installed on any property.
Upon receipt of the pipes for the garrison fence production, a meticulous material inspection is carried out to ensure they meet the strict Australian standards. This step is crucial as it sets the foundation for a high-quality end product.
Once the pipes pass the inspection, they are cut to the exact lengths required by the product drawing. A high-precision cutting machine is used, which can cut the pipes with an accuracy of ±1mm. The cutting process is automated to ensure consistency across all pipes. The lengths are typically in the range of 1.2m to 2.4m, depending on the specific design of the garrison fence.
Employ hydraulic presses or specialised forming machines to flatten and shape the top end of the pre-cut pipes. This process elongates and tapers the pipe end to create the spear profile. Ensure the formed spearhead meets the specified dimensions for length, width, and angle as per the product drawing.
Employ qualified welding procedures (e.g., MIG welding) performed by certified welders. Use appropriate welding rods/wire conforming to Australian Standards (e.g., AS 1163 compliant welding consumables).
The purpose of sandblasting or phosphating the surface of the product is to form a dense layer of pits on the surface of the pipe, thus increasing the adhesion of the powder.
To thoroughly remove all residual contaminants from the pre-treatment process. High-pressure water rinsing is crucial after blasting or phosphating to remove any abrasive dust, chemical residues, or oils. Multiple rinsing stages, potentially with de-mineralised water, are employed to ensure a pristine surface.
The surface of the product is sprayed with epoxy-polyester powder and cured at high temperatures. This process makes the product’s paint film thickness at least ≥80μm. This process can make the product more rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, so it can withstand the erosion of various harsh environments.
We will do cross-cut testing for the powder coating before delivery. Our QC checks the powder coating thickness at every position of the fence panel. The average thickness of the coating is more than 100 μm.
We use wrapping film + square cardboard + strapping tape to ensure safe transportation.

A: Punch Through Welding involves welding on the contact surface of two workpieces. Typically, holes are drilled into the workpieces, and the welding material is passed through these holes to create the weld. In contrast, Face Welding occurs on the edges of two workpieces. The edges are aligned and welded at the contact points. This method is ideal for situations where the edges of the workpieces fit together well, making the welding process relatively straightforward.
A: High-security Garrison fences are constructed using full welding technology, with pole wall thickness generally exceeding 2mm, resulting in a robust structure with strong impact resistance. It is challenging to damage these fences with ordinary human force or hydraulic shears within a short timeframe. The spear top design effectively deters climbing and overreaching.
A: Our products undergo a double-layer anti-corrosion treatment, consisting of hot-dip galvanising and electrostatic powder coating. Under normal outdoor conditions, the service life can reach up to 20 years. Even in harsh environments, such as coastal areas and saline-alkali lands, the service life can still be around 15 years.
A: If you wish to customise your product without the need for a mould, the lead time is 7-10 days. Samples are provided free of charge, but you will need to cover the shipping costs.
A: Typically, we require a full 1*20′ container for shipping to ensure the product is protected during transport. However, we are flexible and can accommodate orders based on your specific needs.
