Garrison fencing is a premium medium-security solution designed for industrial and commercial properties. Constructed from pre-galvanised steel, our Garrison fence utilises high-frequency welding technology to join hot-dip galvanised steel strips, ensuring exceptional durability.
After manufacturing, the panels undergo treatment before being powder-coated for added protection. We use silicon bronze for the welds, enhancing rust resistance. The fence features robust pressed spears at the top for additional security.
This advanced manufacturing process effectively addresses the corrosion issues commonly associated with wrought iron fences while providing a more cost-effective alternative to stainless steel options. Through a complex physical and chemical reaction, the alloy layer seamlessly integrates with the pure zinc layer and the steel tube matrix. Check whether the outer diameter and wall thickness of the pipe meet the requirements of the product drawing. Check that the pipe has no obvious scratches, rust, or other defects, and whether the pipe has obvious bends.

We will do cross-cut testing for the powder coating before delivery. Our QC checks the powder coating thickness at every position of the fence panel. The average thickness of the coating is more than 100 μm.
We use wrapping film + square cardboard + strapping tape to ensure safe transportation.
