Standard Production Process:
1. Material inspection:
Check whether the outer diameter and wall thickness of the pipe meet the requirements of the product drawing, so fundamentally ensuring quality.
2. Pipe manufacturing:
Cut the pipe to meet the length requirements on the drawing.
3. Spear forming:
The top of the pipe is flattened and squeezed so that it achieves the spear shape of the garrison fence.
4. Welding:
The pipes are spliced into frames and welded.
5. Surface pretreatment:
The purpose of sandblasting or phosphating the surface of the product is to form a dense layer of pits on the surface of the pipe, thus increasing the adhesion of the powder.
6. Cleaning:
Treat surface residues or impurities to ensure the next step of the process.
7. Powder coating:
The surface of the product is sprayed with epoxy-polyester powder and cured at high temperatures. This process makes the product’s paint film thickness at least ≥80μm. This process can make the product more rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, so it can withstand the erosion of various harsh environments.
8. Quality control:
We will conduct a quality inspection on each piece of powder coating garrison fence to check the strength, wall thickness, and powder coating thickness to ensure the quality stability of each product. We will be responsible for every product so that customers can get the best quality products.
9. Packaging:
We use wrapping film + square cardboard + strapping tape to ensure safe transportation.
