The primary material used in the construction is hot-dip galvanized steel strips, which we weld together using high-frequency welding technology. This manufacturing process addresses the vulnerability of wrought iron fences to corrosion while also offering a more cost-effective alternative to stainless steel fences.
Through a complex physical and chemical reaction, the alloy layer seamlessly integrates with the pure zinc layer and the steel tube matrix. This integration ensures that the surface of a hot-dip galvanized steel tubular fence can withstand harsh environmental conditions for up to 30 years without requiring additional treatment. Additionally, we actively apply an anti-oxidizing powder coating to further enhance the durability and weather resistance of our finished products. This coating is applied through Electrostatic Coating techniques.

Garrison Fence Drawings Specification:
1. Garrison steel panels are 2400 millimeters wide x 1800 mm, 2100 mm, or 2400 mm high.
2. Spears are punched through the horizontal 40 x 40 mm tubing and then welded. This makes for a far stronger fence than a traditional face-welded garrison panel.
3. Spear picket tops on the fences are strongly pressed – designed to deter and obstruct criminals.
4. All materials used by-products are powder-coated following AS/NZS 4506-1998.

Standard Production Process:
1. Material inspection:
Check whether the outer diameter and wall thickness of the pipe meet the requirements of the product drawing, thus fundamentally ensuring quality.
2. Pipe manufacturing:
Cut the pipe to meet the length requirements on the drawing.
3. Spear forming:
The top of the pipe is flattened and squeezed so that it achieves the spear-shaped pressed spears of the garrison fence.
4. Welding:
The pre-galvanised steel pipes are spliced into frames and welded.
5. Surface pretreatment:
The purpose of sandblasting or phosphating the surface of the product is to form a dense layer of pits on the surface of the pipe, thus increasing the adhesion of the powder.
6. Cleaning:
Treat surface residues or impurities to ensure the next step of the process.
7. Powder coating:
The surface of the product is sprayed with epoxy-polyester powder and cured at high temperatures. This process makes the product’s paint film thickness at least ≥80μm. This process can make the product more rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, so it can withstand the erosion of various harsh environments.
8. Quality control:
We will conduct a quality inspection on each piece of powder coating security garrison fence panels to check the strength, wall thickness, and powder coating thickness to ensure the quality stability of each product. We will be responsible for every product so that customers can get the best quality products.
9. Packaging:
We use wrapping film + square cardboard + strapping tape to ensure safe transportation.
