Constructed from 6063-T6 aluminium alloy, our spear top aluminium fence panels achieve structural equivalence to mild steel (275MPa yield strength) while being 65% lighter. The material undergoes a three-stage corrosion protection process, including chromium conversion coating, epoxy primer, and a UV-stable polyester powder finish. Using robotic welding technology (ISO 3834-2 certified), we ensure joint integrity capable of withstanding 8kN/m lateral impact forces in accordance with AS 1170.1 loading requirements.
