1. Material Checking
Appearance: no obvious scratches, rust, and other defects, in pipe material.
Size: Whether the outside diameter, wall thickness, and cutting length satisfy product drawing requirements.
2. Galvanized Pipe Cutting

4. Automatic Cutting
5. Welding
Use the mold to fix the cut tube then weld the rail and pickets. （Point Welding）
6. Cleaning
7. Surface Pretreatment （Chromizing+Pure Water Cleaning）
8. Powder Coating (Topcoat OnlyExpoxy Primer+Topcoat)
9. Quality Control
We will do cross-cut testing for the spear top aluminum fencing powder coating before delivery.
Our QC checks the powder coating thickness of the spear top aluminum fencing panel and makes sure the average thickness of the coating is more than 80μm.
