Palisade Fencing Panel Manufacturing Process：

W-plate forming

A steel billet or strip is continuously shaped into the required W-section profile using a series of rollers. This roll forming process progressively deforms the material to achieve the desired geometry.

Crossbeam (H steel or U-shaped steel)

Crossbeams, typically constructed from H-steel or U-shaped steel, are prepared to bear bending loads and shear forces. These beams provide structural support and connect columns or other structural elements.

Column

Columns are fabricated based on project requirements. H-steel columns can be directly used, or columns can be formed by welding U-shaped steel sections together to achieve the necessary strength and dimensions.

Connecting plate

Connecting plates serve as the interface between the crossbeams and columns, as well as other structural components. These plates are crucial for load transfer and structural integrity. They are attached to the columns and prepared for crossbeam connection.

W-plate and crossbeam
