High-Security Steel Palisade Fence Panel Features:
1. Manufactured from strong structure pre galvanized steel tubes, punched through or face welded.
2. All steel components are fully galvanized on both the inside and outside of the steel to ensure the galvanized steel palisade fence will stand strong for years to come, with minimal maintenance required.
3. Zinc-rich Phosphating Pre-treatment ensures superior adhesion between the coating and base material.
4. Additionally, we perform quality inspections on each steel galvanised palisade fencing to ensure that each steel security fence meets quality standards.
Palisade Fence Details:
The product is available in three forms: W-Beam, I-Beam, and Angular Iron, and related fitting is provided for connection.
Palisade Fencing Panel Process：
1. Check whether the outer diameter and wall thickness of the raw material meet the product requirements.
2. When unloading the product, the pipe needs to be cut to the length required by the drawing.
3. Cut and punch holes.
4. Weld the horizontal and vertical tubes in all directions.
5. Perform sandblasting to increase the adhesion of the powder.
6. Phosphating or powder coating to increase the rust and corrosion resistance of steel palisade fencing.
