Available in heights from 1800 mm to 3000 mm and a standard width of 2750 mm, the gates feature vertically welded ‘W’ -shaped pales anchored between dual steel rails. This design maximizes structural rigidity, preventing bending or forced entry attempts. Customers can select galvanized, painted, or polyester powder-coated finishes to align with site aesthetics or enhance weather resistance for commercial, retail, and industrial applications. Palisade Gates Production Process

• W-plate forming: Use a set of rollers to continuously deform the steel billet or steel strip to gradually produce the required W-section shape.
• Crossbeam (H steel or U-shaped steel): Bear bending load and shear force, support the structure, and connect columns or other structures.
• Column: According to construction needs, H steel is selected, or columns are formed by welding U-shaped steel.
• Connecting plate: As an interface part connecting crossbeam and column, plate and structure.
• W-plate and crossbeam: Directly connected with anti-theft bolts.
