The Steel Welded Biasable Fence Panel is similar to our Flat Top Steel Fence. It is designed with practicality and aesthetics in mind. The steel biasable fence is constructed with 2 rails and vertical pipes, with a standard size of 46″H x 94″ W.
Using high-quality galvanized steel to ensure the stability and durability of its structure. In addition, the surface of the fence panel is treated with E-coating or Powder-coating. Steel Biasable Fence Production Process
- Material: Check the outer diameter and wall thickness of the pipe, to ensure that meets the requirements of the fence drawing, thus ensuring quality.
- Cutting: product unloading, cutting the profile according to the design requirements to obtain the required length.
- Vertical pipe flattening: Using special equipment and technology, flatten the top of the vertical pipe.
- Welding: Pre-galvanized steel pipes are welded into the panel frame using sophisticated welding techniques.
- Perform sandblasting: cleaning and roughening the surface by spraying high-speed abrasive particles. It can remove impurities such as rust, oil, and scale.
