We use only high-quality galvanized steel pipes and aluminum. Each piece is meticulously inspected for size tolerance, which is maintained within an extremely precise range of ±0.2 mm. The zinc coating thickness is a minimum of 275 g/m², strictly adhering to ASTM/EN standards.
Pipes are cut into either standard or custom sizes with a precision of up to ±0.1 mm. This high level of accuracy guarantees a seamless and consistent assembly on site, reducing the time and effort required for installation.
Using hydraulic presses with a maximum capacity of 80 tons, both ends of the pipes are flattened. This process creates smooth, burr – free edges, which are essential for safe and firm welding. The flatness of the stamped ends is controlled within ±0.05 mm, ensuring a perfect fit during the welding process.
Pre-punching holes in the pipes is a crucial step. The holes are punched with a diameter tolerance of ±0.03 mm and a pitch accuracy of ±0.1 mm. This precision facilitates subsequent installation and welding, allowing for easy alignment of different components.
After carefully confirming the final drawing according to the customer’s detailed requirements, the panel is placed on the laser-cutting device. Our laser-cutting technology can achieve a cutting accuracy of up to ±0.02 mm, ensuring that every detail of the design is accurately reproduced on the panel.
We assemble the different parts of the product with great care. Through this pre-assembly step, we can save up to 30% of the on-site installation time. Moreover, it reduces the error rate during installation, ensuring a more efficient and seamless installation process.
Fence panels are joined with uprights and crossbars using a continuous and uniform welding process. The welding seam width is maintained at 3 – 5 mm, and the penetration depth is at least 2 mm.
