Choose between bolt-down posts for concrete or dig-in posts (set in Postfix cement) for softer terrain. The 100×100 mm hinge post and 80×80 mm catch post provide structural stability. Integrated hardware, such as fence posts, drop bolts, and sliding latch bolts, secures the gate in open or closed positions without compromising forklift or pedestrian access.

Polyester Powder Coating: The gate can adopt a smoother and more attractive finish. It is also useful for limiting damage which can be caused by general wear and the effects of weathering.
Ground suitability: 358 Fence Gates can be installed on many different ground types. Within the customization section, you will be able to select from Bolt Down Posts which are designed for hard ground, or Dig-In Posts, which are designed for soft ground and which should be set in place by Postfix cement.
Galvanized Wire: Use galvanized steel wire that meets the standards to ensure that the material is of high quality and meets the design requirements.
Straighten and Cut: Straighten the galvanized steel wire, remove the bends and deformations, and then cut it according to size to prepare for the next step of production.
Wire Mesh Welding: Weld the cut steel wire horizontally and vertically according to the designed grid to form a mesh structure. Ensure that the welds are firm and the mesh is flat.
Panel Welding: Fix the prepared wire mesh to the frame of the door and weld the side or frame to ensure that the structure is firm and beautiful.
Surface Cleaning: Remove the grease, impurities during the welding process through chemical cleaning or mechanical cleaning to prepare for subsequent protective treatment.
Zinc Painting: The entire product body forms a uniform and compact zinc layer to enhance corrosion resistance.
Powder Coating: Powder Coating provides a rich color selection for the product, while increasing the anti-corrosion and aesthetic effects.

Our 358 fence gate is fully sealed with plastic film and transported on wooden pallets, which effectively isolates moisture and corrosive media.
Each packaging unit is fixed to the pallet with high-strength special tape, so it can ensure zero displacement risk during transportation.
Anti-collision sponge pads are installed at the bottom of the pallet, and metal edge guards (1.5 mm galvanized steel plate) at the four corners. It can withstand multiple loading and unloading impacts by forklifts.
