Aluminum profiles are cut to exact lengths using laser cutters or saws based on design drawings. This precise cutting ensures all components fit accurately, making installation faster and minimizing on-site adjustments.
Components are stamped, bent, and extruded to create the desired shapes for posts, rails, and panels. Aluminum bars are heated to 450–500°C before extrusion to make forming easier while maintaining strength and shape integrity. This process ensures panels and posts are precise and durable.
