All incoming pre-galvanized steel pipes are inspected for outer diameter and wall thickness before production. We control outer diameter tolerance within ±0.2mm, to ensure all parameters fully comply with fence drawing requirements and guarantee quality from the source.
Auto-CNC pipe cutting machine is adopted for blanking. Profiles are cut per design requirements to obtain the target length, with cutting length tolerance controlled within ±1mm, ensuring burr-free and non-deforming cut ends.
Punching is processed on cut pipes with customized positioning jigs. We control aperture tolerance within ±0.1mm and hole position deviation within 0.5mm to meet the accuracy requirements of subsequent assembly.
Customized special flattening die and hydraulic equipment are used to flatten the top end of vertical pipes. The flatness tolerance after flattening is controlled within 0.3mm to ensure matching accuracy for subsequent assembly.
We use automated gas shielded welding technology to assemble pre-galvanized steel pipes into fence panel frames. Weld leg size is controlled between 3-5mm, with no weak welding, missing welding or slag inclusion; weld tensile strength reaches no less than 300MPa to ensure solid structural strength of the frame.
We use spray particles at a high speed of 60-80m/s to clean and roughen the workpiece surface. This process completely removes impurities, including rust, oil, and welding oxide scale, laying a good foundation for subsequent coating.
After sandblasting, phosphating treatment is performed to form a uniform phosphating film on the workpiece surface, with film thickness controlled at 1-3μm. The phosphating film itself has certain anti-corrosion capability, and can provide excellent adhesion for paint, powder coating, and other organic coatings, effectively extending the service life of the final coating.
Electrostatically spray epoxy-polyester hybrid powder on the pretreated workpiece surface, then transfer it to a curing oven and cure at 180-200℃ for 15-20 minutes. This process endows the finished product with outstanding rust resistance and corrosion resistance, and delivers a uniform, aesthetic coating.
We carry out full inspection for each finished product, testing pipe wall thickness, structural connection strength, and powder coating thickness. The coating thickness is controlled within 60-120μm to ensure all products meet delivery standards, and unqualified products are blocked before leaving the factory.
