• Cutting: product unloading, cutting the profile according to the design requirements to obtain the required length.
• Punching: Punch holes in the cut pipe.
• Welding: Pre-galvanized steel pipes are welded into the panel frame using sophisticated welding techniques.
• Surface Pretreatment: Pretreat the surface (phosphating) to increase the adhesion of the powder.
• Cleaning: Wash with water to remove other impurities and make the surface smoother.
• Powder Coating: Spray epoxy-polyester powder on the surface, and cure it at high temperature. This process makes the product more rust-proof and corrosion-resistant.
