– Strong structure pre-galvanized steel.
– No visible fasteners, stay aesthetic.
– Enhance the fence with accessories such as fence posts, and post caps.
– Virtually maintenance-free, thanks to the E-coating and Powder Coating.
– Zinc-rich Phosphating Pre-treatment ensures superior adhesion.
– Special styles, sizes, and materials can be customized.
The Steel Flat Top Powder Coated Fence Panels, with a structure of vertical pickets, terminate at the rails. This type of fencing is low maintenance. It does not require frequent repainting like traditional wrought iron fencing. However, it remains visually attractive and strong enough to secure your property. Compared with an aluminum fence, a steel fence is longevity without sag under weight or stress.
As experienced steel fence panel manufacturers, we prioritize 360° manual welding instead of automated tools. This ensures no welding leakage and guarantees the appropriate strength. At the same time, it is matched with our fence post, fence brackets, and flat top gates, making the whole fence panel more beautiful and solid. In addition, our flat top steel fences are hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated for enhanced durability and protection.
Our standard 2-rail steel flat top fence comes in a widely compatible industry standard size of 46” H × 94” W, with bulk stock ready for fast delivery to keep your project on schedule. We also have full engineering and production capability to customize special styles, sizes, coating colors, and load capacities.
For all B-end partners, we offer additional tailored supports including flexible MOQ, volume-based bulk discounts, dedicated project account management, and pre-production sample testing to help you deliver projects smoothly and improve your project profitability.

A rigorous inspection of all incoming pre-galvanised steel pipes. This involves precise measurement of outer diameter and wall thickness using calibrated instruments, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications (e.g., tolerances of ±0.05mm for OD and ±5% for wall thickness).
Utilising advanced CNC cutting machinery, profiles are precisely cut to the required lengths as per engineering drawings. Our automated processes achieve cutting accuracies of ±0.5mm, minimising material waste and ensuring consistent panel dimensions.
Cut pipes proceed to automated punching stations where holes are accurately formed according to design. This process ensures precise hole alignment and spacing, crucial for subsequent assembly, with positional tolerances typically held within ±0.2mm.
Pre-galvanised steel pipes are expertly welded into robust panel frames using state-of-the-art robotic MIG/TIG welding technology. This method guarantees strong, consistent, and clean weld joints.
The welded frames undergo abrasive sandblasting, meticulously cleaning and roughening the entire surface. This crucial step removes all impurities such as rust, oil, and mill scale, achieving a surface profile typically conforming to Sa 2.5 cleanliness standards.
Following sandblasting, a high-quality phosphating film is applied. This chemical conversion coating not only provides an initial layer of corrosion resistance but, more importantly, creates a microscopic porous structure that significantly enhances the adhesion of the subsequent powder coating.
Panels are electrostatically sprayed with a durable, exterior-grade polyester powder coating. This high-performance finish is then cured at precise high temperatures, typically 200°C for 15 minutes, ensuring a uniform, hard, and resilient coating with a minimum thickness of 60-120 microns. Meeting ISO 9227 (Salt Spray Test) requirements for over 1000 hours.
Every product undergoes a comprehensive final quality inspection. Including weld integrity, overall dimensional accuracy, material wall thickness, and powder coating adhesion and thickness. Random batch testing also includes cross-hatch adhesion tests and impact resistance tests.
Products are professionally packaged to prevent damage during transit. This typically involves robust steel banding, protective plastic wrapping, and ISPM-15 compliant timber pallets for secure stacking and handling.

A: The primary difference lies in the materials used. Steel fences are typically heavier and stronger, providing enhanced security and durability, while aluminum fences are lighter, resistant to rust, and easier to install. Steel may require more maintenance to prevent rust, whereas aluminum is low-maintenance due to its corrosion resistance.
A: Aluminum fences are usually more expensive due to the cost of materials. Steel fences tend to be more affordable and can be a cost-effective option for residential properties. The price varies depending on several factors, including the height, length, spacing of the posts, and other accessories. You can contact us for a specific quote.
A: Yes, with proper galvanization and powder coating, it’s wind-resistant up to 90 mph and handles salt exposure well. However, in extreme coastal zones, opt for thicker steel to minimize corrosion risks compared to untreated steel.
A: Fast response, free samples! We can prepare samples for you within 7-10 business days. You only need to pay for the shipping costs.
A: With advanced equipment and skilled workers, our production is highly efficient. Standard orders can be shipped within 2–4 weeks, depending on fence type and order quantity.
