The Steel Welded Commercial Extended Top Gate is not only a protective fence gatel but also a decorative fence gate. It is formed by inserting piles into two horizontal guide rails and has a pile structure. The rod top gate remains visually appealing while being sturdy enough to keep you and your property safe. It can be suitable for residential areas and commercial areas, and in places that require safety protection, such as factories, hospitals, schools, courtyards, and gardens.
Our steel extended top gate is made of galvanized steel and the frame is reinforced. The quality of the product is stable, sturdy, and durable. When treated with a multi-layer protective powder coating process, it has higher rust and corrosion resistance. It increases the service life of the product and reduces maintenance costs.
To meet the needs of different projects, we provide a standard steel extended top gate size: a height of 70”, and a width of 46.5” and 58.5”. All incoming pre-galvanized steel pipes are inspected for outer diameter and wall thickness before production. We control outer diameter tolerance within ±0.2mm, to ensure all parameters fully comply with fence drawing requirements and guarantee quality from the source.
Auto-CNC pipe cutting machine is adopted for blanking. Profiles are cut per design requirements to obtain the target length, with cutting length tolerance controlled within ±1mm, ensuring burr-free and non-deforming cut ends.
Punching is processed on cut pipes with customized positioning jigs. We control aperture tolerance within ±0.1mm and hole position deviation within 0.5mm to meet the accuracy requirements of subsequent assembly.
We use automated gas shielded welding technology to assemble pre-galvanized steel pipes into fence panel frames. Weld leg size is controlled between 3-5mm, with no weak welding, missing welding or slag inclusion; weld tensile strength reaches no less than 300MPa to ensure solid structural strength of the frame.
After sandblasting, phosphating treatment is performed to form a uniform phosphating film on the workpiece surface, with film thickness controlled at 1-3μm. The phosphating film itself has certain anti-corrosion capability, and can provide excellent adhesion for paint, powder coating, and other organic coatings, effectively extending the service life of the final coating.
A pure water rinse follows to eliminate residual impurities, oils, and contaminants, resulting in an exceptionally smooth and clean surface ready for the next coating stage.
Electrostatically spray epoxy-polyester hybrid powder on the pretreated workpiece surface, then transfer it to a curing oven and cure at 180-200℃ for 15-20 minutes. This process endows the finished product with outstanding rust resistance and corrosion resistance, and delivers a uniform, aesthetic coating.
We carry out full inspection for each finished product, testing pipe wall thickness, structural connection strength, and powder coating thickness. The coating thickness is controlled within 60-120μm to ensure all products meet delivery standards, and unqualified products are blocked before leaving the factory.
We use a combined packaging solution of stretch film, reinforced square cardboard corner protection and strapping tape to secure the product.
A: Steel extended top gates have vertical bars that extend upward with extended ends to create an anti-climb barrier, enhancing security against scaling. In contrast, flat top gates feature a smooth, horizontal rail at the top without extensions, offering a cleaner aesthetic but less deterrence for climbing.
A: Our steel extended top gates can be paired with fencing from other product series; both dimensions and colors are fully customizable. In terms of aesthetics, however, pairing a gate with fencing from the same series creates a more visually cohesive look.
